And if you wanted the ingredients and recipe, You Got Em!

3 tbs oregano
Use mandolin or slice thinly then marinate in olive oil lemon juice.

8 cups chopped tomatoes
4 sundried tomatoes
3 tbs oregano
5 cloves of garlic (reduce to 2 if your not used ot garlic)
1/4 onion
lemon to taste
Food processor or blend
Cheese
3 lemons peeled
2 cups pine nuts (I used cashews)
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
Alternate in pan with pasta, cheese then sauce and repeat.
Cheese topping
2 cups soaked and dehydrated walnuts
2 1/2 tbs nutritional yeast
2 tsp salt
Mix and put this on top then slightly warm or serve COLD and enjoy!
Soak the nuts overnight or for a few hours and let the pasta marinate for about one hour.
This is the second layer of the tomato mix.
There is a big cucumber and a big yellow squash thinly sliced used as "noodles" they are soaked in oregano and olive oil for about an hour prior.
If I had not used a blender, food processor and magdelin<(used to slice the squash thiny) this may have been more difficult but I just threw some olive oil soaked squash and tomato sauce together. With the addition of Rawmesian cheese and Rawcata cheese on the bottom and top layers. Kablow I didnt even heat it!
And I become...
A Raw Food Artist!
Check out that !
Not only do I mess up the recipe, did it also taste suprizingly well. I think not soaking the walnuts overnight gave my tounge a slight reaction. Any nut, grain or seed should be sprouted or soaked before eating. Soak almonds and walnuts 12 hrs in water to release enzymes used to clean water in the germination period, then strain and blend with water to make almond milk. Or eat, dehydrate?
I hope you Enjoyed the photos.
I got this recipe from Raw Food For Real People.
