Every one of these entrées is completely raw, using a blender, food processor, juicer, and or dehydrator. I hope this helps you see some of the many possibilities.
Most of these recipes are higher in fat which is not good for a full day but a small amount daily is fine and a large amount on special occasions is a millions times better than typical processed or animal based foods.
Proper done raw vegan or 80/10/10 is mostly any fruits in large amounts equalling about 3,000 calories per day and with a large salad or plenty of greens at the end of your day because they require longer time to digest, which is done over night well.
This is Almond Milk, soak almonds overnight then blend and add sweetener (dates, currants, stevia etc.) Strain and enjoy!
