First step is to soak the almonds to make almond milk in a blender, i choose to leave the pulp in for making the icream, this makes it more chunky.

 We'll need some cacao and carob to make it chocolatey tasting and remaining raw and healthy.

 And some spearmint for that fresh funky flavour!

Put all these and frozen bananas into the blender.. 

Heres a top view of the blender with the bananas and carbo and cacao before I added the spearmint leaves.

There was no measurements done during this entire recipe, Blended for about 20 seconds and placed into the freezer for about 20 minutes... 

And this was the delicously healthy desert we enjoyed.
