NUTRITION IS ELIMINATION

Nutrition Is key to allowing the human body the ability to deal with waste thats never been eliminated, this is the common sick person scenario. The bowel closed  by flour and mucous like cement, that the urethral tract gets pains and infections, all because a prescription of a antibiotic stopped you from having a fever and continued the build up waste causing the dying/toxic environment  which is a cause(malnutrition) not the symptom of pain and stress from a wide array of problems that the human body usually deals with amazingly well. That is amazingly well until a bacterial overgrowth, immune weakness, too toxic of an environment, head wound or other trigger sets of the alarm that it's time to eliminate out of one or all of the elimination channels. Your body can biologically transmutate chemicals unlike current science or sceptics realize, and this is nothing uncommon for the human body.

Vitamins:  Vitamins are any of a group of unrelated organic substances occurring in many foods in small amounts and necessary in trace amounts for the normal metabolic functioning of the body; they may be water- or fat-soluble. The vast array of vitamins that the body uses to function properly can cause various problem when the body is lacking any certain one vitamin. The main goal your the person is that you know that your vitamins you tak in are being used and not simply deposited from lack of assimilation. Plant

Minerals: Plants can take minerals from the soil, break the strong bonds, and incorporate the minerals into their physical composition. The minerals we eat should come from the plants to be easily assimildated. Once the minerals become a part of the plant kingdom, the bonds are no longer strong; in fact, they become very weak. Our metabolic systems can assimilate or use these plant minerals easily and effectively, an excellent source is Celery seeds.

Antioxidants: Nutrients that protect the body against free radical damage which is linked with cellular damage, inflammation, degenrative disease and is very commonly found in any cooked foods. Fresh fruits nad vegetables are natural sources of many antioxidants, most people are not consuming enough fresh produce and need antioxidant sources.

Enzymes: Food enzymes are the best choice, most people eat primarily cooked food which kills all the enzymes that wouldbe used  to break down the food once it is eaten to be broken down and absorbed in the intestines.

Essential Fatty Acids: Most people crave fats because their bodies are looking for essential fatty acids which are removed from processed oils. Flax seeds or flax seed oil is a excellent source and helps reduce inflammation and risk of cardiovascular disease.

Probiotics: Atnibiotics destroy the natural lining in the intestines called probiotics, this is a friendly bacteria used to break down foods and also supply the body with nourishment like B12 and others. Using antibiotics creates problems with yeast overgrowth, infections and leaky gut syndrome, this can become a root problem of many health problems. Probiotics or even simple foods like rejuvalac can restore the normal intestinal flora easily.

Fiber: Many people do not get enough fiber in their foods, this is a big cause of colon cancer and high cholesterol. Increasing fiber intake can improve elimination, reduce toxins and lower cholesterol. Psyllium Hulls are a great fiber choice along with leafy green vegetables as a diet base.

Protein: Although protein is certainly an essential nutrient which plays many key roles in the way our bodies function, we do not need huge quantities of it. In reality, we need only small amounts of protein. Only one calorie out of every ten we take in needs to come from proten. With protein, more (than the RDA) is not better. There do not appear to be health advantages to consuming a high protein diet. Diets that are high in protein may even increase the risk of osteoporosis and kidney disease.
" Overconsumption of protein presents a far greater threat to our health than not getting enough. The truth is, it's practically impossible to not get enough, and actual cases of protein deficiency are almost nonexistent in our culture. Our true protein needs can be ascertained quite definitively by examining the relative protein content of human mother's milk. When we are infants we grow faster than at any other time in our lives. Consequently our relative protein needs are the greatest at that time as well. Yet breast milk contains a very small amount of protein -- 1-4%, depending on the age of the infant (percentages change at various stages of development). It is no coincidence that fruit contains roughly the same percentage of protein on average: 1-6%."
